Digital Business : Q&A's on reports that you might want from a website
Quick Answer
Discover the 4 essential website reports — traffic acquisition, landing page conversion, behaviour flow, and Core Web Vitals — that take just 30 minutes weekly and replace dozens of vanity metrics for real estate and service businesses.
Key Takeaways
- 1Pull only 4 reports weekly: traffic acquisition, landing page conversion, behaviour flow, and Core Web Vitals — anything more becomes noise.
- 2Sort landing page reports by conversion rate, not by traffic — your top-traffic page is rarely your top-converting page.
- 3Install GA4, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity on day one — together they cost zero and cover 95% of reporting needs.
- 4Build a single Looker Studio dashboard that pulls all four reports into one screen — saves 6+ hours per month versus clicking through menus.
- 5For real estate and service businesses in Dubai/UAE, pair website reports with GoHighLevel's funnel reporting to tie traffic directly to qualified leads and revenue.
⚡ Quick Answer
The most valuable website reports to pull regularly are traffic source reports (where visitors come from), behavior flow reports (what they do on-site), conversion reports (which pages drive leads), and Core Web Vitals reports (technical health). Industry practitioners note that businesses reviewing website analytics weekly are significantly more likely to hit lead-generation targets. For real estate specifically, since most buyers start their search online, your website reports are essentially your lead pipeline dashboard.

The most valuable website reports to pull regularly are traffic source reports (where visitors come from), behavior flow reports (what they do on-site), conversion reports (which pages drive leads), and Core Web Vitals reports (technical health). According to HubSpot's State of Marketing, businesses that review website analytics weekly are 3x more likely to hit their lead-generation targets. For real estate specifically, NAR research shows 97% of buyers start their search online — so your website reports are essentially your lead pipeline dashboard.

Sawan's take: Having trained 79,000+ students across 150+ countries, I can tell you most real estate agents look at their website like it's a brochure — they check it once, then forget it exists. That's a mistake. Your website is a 24/7 salesperson, and reports are how you give it a performance review. In my Dubai-based AI consulting practice, the agents who pull just 4 reports weekly (traffic source, top pages, conversion path, and bounce rate) close 2-3x more inbound leads than agents who never log into Google Analytics. The data is free. The discipline is what's rare.

The 6-Report Weekly Review Plan
This is the exact sequence I teach inside my AI Mastery and GoHighLevel courses. Each report takes under 5 minutes to pull. The whole review is 30 minutes — once a week.
Step 1: Pull the Traffic Acquisition Report (Google Analytics 4)
Navigate to Reports → Acquisition → Traffic acquisition. Sort by sessions. You're looking for which channel — Organic Search, Direct, Referral, Social, Paid — is actually sending traffic. If 80% comes from one channel, you have concentration risk. Diversify before that channel dies.
Step 2: Pull the Landing Pages Report
Reports → Engagement → Landing page. This shows which pages people arrive on first. For real estate, if your /properties/dubai-marina page is the #1 landing page but your /contact page is dead, you've got a CTA problem, not a traffic problem.
Step 3: Pull the Conversion Events Report
Reports → Engagement → Events. Filter for your lead-generating events: form_submit, phone_click, whatsapp_click, calendar_booked. If conversion rate is below 2% on a real estate site, your offer or your form is broken — not your traffic.
Step 4: Pull the Google Search Console Performance Report
Search Console → Performance → Queries. This shows what people actually typed into Google to find you. I find 30-40% of agents discover keyword opportunities they never knew they ranked for — like '2 bedroom apartment JLT under 100k'. Build a blog post around each one.
Step 5: Pull the Core Web Vitals Report
Search Console → Experience → Core Web Vitals. If you have any 'Poor' URLs, Google is penalizing you. Fix LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) issues first — usually a hero image that's too heavy.
Step 6: Pull the User Behavior Report (Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity)
Watch 10 session recordings. Just 10. You'll see exactly where people rage-click, where they scroll past your CTA, and where they bounce. Microsoft Clarity is free and takes 5 minutes to install.
Student Results
One of my students — Priya, a real estate agent in Dubai's Business Bay area — started doing this weekly review in late 2025. Within 90 days, her website-sourced leads went from 4/month to 17/month. The unlock wasn't more traffic. It was discovering (via Search Console) that she was ranking on page 2 for 'short term rental Dubai license process' — a high-intent query her competitors weren't targeting. She wrote 3 blog posts on that topic and now ranks #1.
"I used to think analytics was for techies. Sawan made me look at 6 numbers a week. Now I know exactly which page closed each deal." — Priya R., Dubai
