Step 1: Define Your Destination in One Sentence

Vague goals produce vague results. Write your 12-month destination with a number and a date: 'By 30 April 2027, I will close 24 real estate deals worth AED 50M GCI.' If you can't fit it on one sticky note, it's not a destination — it's a daydream.

Step 2: Reverse-Engineer Into 3-4 Daily Habits

24 deals in 12 months = 2 deals per month = roughly 40 qualified conversations per month = 2 prospecting calls per day. That's your habit. Not '6-figure agent.' That's the destination. The habit is the daily 2 calls.

Step 3: Build a 'Minimum Viable Day' (MVD)
