  1. Day 1 (today, not Jan 1): Write down ONE outcome you want by Day 90. Not five. One. Example: 'Sign 3 paying coaching clients' or 'Close 1 Dubai real estate listing.'
  2. Day 2: Reverse-engineer the ONE daily action that compounds toward it. For lead-gen, that's 10 outbound DMs/day. For a course launch, that's 1 lecture recorded/day.
  3. Day 3: Block 90 minutes/day on your calendar — same time daily — and label it with the outcome, not the activity. 'Sign 3 clients' beats 'Do outreach.'
  4. Day 7: Audit. Did you hit 7/7 days? If not, the goal is too big or the time block is wrong. Cut, don't quit.
