Skip these and you'll get a website that costs AED 15,000-50,000 and still needs a rebuild in 18 months. Walk in with these answers and the same agency builds you something that converts on day one.

  1. Define your brand purpose in one sentence. Not 'we sell real estate' — answer WHY you exist. Example: 'We help Dubai expats find homes in 14 days, not 14 weeks.' Per Harvard Business Review, purpose-driven brands grow 2x faster than peers.
