• Eligibility: Users may cancel their course purchase within 14 days of registration, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

• Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to sawan@evolv109.com

• Processing Time: Cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds: If eligible, a full refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
